Important Store Policies

GENERAL: If you purchase from us, you consent to our terms and conditions as outlined below.  If you disagree with any term, please do not purchase from us.  We strive for 100% customer satisfaction but have learned this is not always possible.  We are only human and will, on occasion, make mistakes.  We appreciate your understanding if we do make an error and promise to do our best to resolve any problems.

INVENTORY AVAILABILITY: As an on-line store selling through many electronic and in-person venues, we can not always guarantee item(s) you order from us are available for immediate shipment.  We sell hundreds of items and keeping up with inventory is next to impossible.  We try to sell only those items we know we can restock within a reasonable amount of time should we run out.  As such, we maintain an open inventory for sale.  However, we do not control our suppliers inventory and sometimes find they are out as well.  When we know for certain we may not be able to restock a particular item, we will show that item as out of stock.  Should an item be unavailable after we receive your order, we will do our best to advise you within 24 hours.

RETURNS: We gladly accept returns for any item that is in its original packaging, contains all original components and is in 100% resellable condition.   Many items have a manufacturer's warranty and can not be returned to us for refund or replacement. You must contact us prior to returning any item. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY ITEM RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION BY US.  We will either exchange, refund or issue store credit depending on the circumstances.  Except in cases of error on our part, all refunds will be for the purchase price only and subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are non-refundable as they are paid by us to the service provider.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:  We sell and ship internationally as a courtesy only and take no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen shipments. 

1. International First Class Mail does not offer insurance and is normally the slowest method of shipping.  If you select International First Class Mail we will not, under any circumstances, reship any item that you claim was not received. If you order from us and do not choose Priority or Express Mail, you will NOT be covered by insurance and take full responsibility for any loss or damage.  If you pay for shipping that includes insurance coverage, we will work with you to recover all funds due from that coverage.

2. International shipments are subject to size limitations.  Due to postal restricitions, we are not always able to ship large items like antennas.  Some countries are restricted to packages under 42" in length.  If shipping quotes for you, the item is GENERALLY ok to ship.  If you don't get a shipping quote for longer items, we may not be able to ship that item to you.

3. Hazardous Materials can not be shipped internationally.  We can not ship Plasti Dip products, aerosol cans, or any product that contains solvents or propellants via the mail.  In addition to postal restrictions, some countries restrict certain solvents and even if we could ship, may confiscate at customs.

4. Customs and Duties.  We will do our best to minimize the impact of customs duties.  Insured parcels MUST be properly labeled on the declarations form for full insurance coverage.  If we declare a lower value, your insurance will be limited to that amount.
